We have already written about why having a couple shoot before your wedding is a good idea, but now I can give you a few ideas on how to use your pre wedding shoot photos for your wedding day.
1. Save the dates
You can ask your photographer to design a beautiful save the date card using images from your couple shoot to make them more personal. Alternatively you can take a chalk board or some little wooden letters and numbers with you on your shoot and use your actual photos as save the dates.
2. Thank you Cards
Need something to fill the tables a little bit more? You can have a picture from your couple shoot printed onto a personalised thank you card to leave on the tables on your wedding day for your guests to take home.
3. Large canvas print
Large prints are always stunning! Make it a little bit extra special by getting guests on your wedding day to write a little personal note on your canvas print.
4. Print out a photo-book/guest book
Have a photo-book printed for your special day, but leave spaces for guests to write in and leave you a little special message.
5. Personalise your table numbers
Have a little picture of the two of you on your table numbers, or hold up numbers during your shoot that you can use as the table numbers.
6. Decorate a wall
Do you have a blank wall and you not sure what to do with it? Print out a few photos in different sizes and personalise the wall. You could even hang them from a tree or awning for people to look at while you are busy having your couple shoot on your wedding day.
7. Print photos for people to sign on the back of
You can combine this one with the point before and instead of having a photo-book or canvas printed out you can get your guests to write their notes on the back of their favourite photos of the newly weds and put them all in a box for you to read through at a later stage.
